Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Assessment/treatment including pelvic floor- paperwork will be specific to pelvic floor; other issues can also be addressed as well

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Assessment/treatment not including pelvic floor (select pelvic floor if it's involved)- general musculoskeletal care addressing pain (chronic or acute), tightness, stiffness, weakness, movement dysfunction, performance enhancement, etc.

Pregnancy Physical Therapy

Pre-natal, peri-natal, post-natal; holistic treatment through and beyond your pregnancy. Assessment/treatment of whole body (including pelvic floor) to the ends of positive birth outcomes, agency throughout pregnancy, pain/discomfort management, and maintenance of fitness.

Who I am

Dr. Halle Sauer PT, DPT, MPH is a dynamic physical therapist with a unique blend of orthopedic and pelvic floor expertise. As a graduate of the University at Buffalo with advanced degrees in Public Health and Physical Therapy, Halle is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care.

What I do

With a passion for efficient movement and performance enhancement, Halle has honed her skills through years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, including significant one-on-one training in manual therapy. Combining this knowledge with specialized training in pelvic floor health (through Herman and Wallace) and functional movement assessment (SFMA level 1+2), Halle offers a holistic approach to wellness.

What drives me

As an endurance athlete who competes in long-course triathlon/road cycling/running, dabbles in functional fitness, and is currently tackling the Adirondack High Peaks, Halle embodies the spirit of challenge and perseverance. This personal experience fuels her dedication to helping patients overcome their own obstacles and achieve their goals.
